Subject: Missouri Sheriffs' Association 700 Hour Basic Law Enforcement Training Academy is returning to Platte County

The Missouri Sheriffs' Association Training Academy in association with the Platte County Sheriff's Office, will hold a part-time 700 hour basic law enforcement training class in Platte County starting August 16, 2018 and running through June of 2019. Classes will meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6-10 p.m.; every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and some Sunday sessions to be announced.

Upon completion of this training, students will have their Class (A) Certification and be eligible to test for a Missouri Peace Officers License. Financial aid and college credits are available (please contact the Missouri Sheriff's Association for additional).
